Shipping Policy

We ship throughout the United States via UPS and USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Orders over $200 ship free.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. For gifts that include a personalized story, please allow an additional day for story delivery — your draft will be sent within 24 hours of receiving your completed story form. Because the story ships with your gift, we'll hold the order until you've had a chance to review and approve it. Timely approval keeps your order on schedule.

We ship via UPS and USPS. Carrier and service level are selected at checkout based on your preference and location.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at team@theauthorohio.com within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
