The Tabletop Fire

There is an instinct in us to return to the fire, to pull a chair close when the day has worn us down and let the flame settle the mind. We come back to it to remember the light, and to be steadied, the way a flame holds our attention and quiets us at the same time.

Hand-poured concrete, United States. Burns clean on isopropyl alcohol, indoors or out. Lid included to extinguish the flame. Use caution when handling, vessel will get warm when burning.
